Charlsa Smith, “Charlie” to us, is an experienced customer service specialist in the banking and insurance Industry, with more than 10 years of helping investors solve their unique issues.
Before joining Lawson Kroeker, Charlie was a client services coordinator at Mass Mutual, a Senior College Fund Associate at Union Bank & Trust, and a Personal Banker at both Omaha Federal Credit and Great Western Bank, among others.
Charlie came to Lawson Kroeker because of the welcoming presence she always receives when walking through the doors. It’s the same positive feeling she sees when clients come to visit.
When not at work, Charlie enjoys spending time with and being involved in her children’s Boy Scouts experiences and their current favorite sporting endeavors.
